Sofiane Ammar

Sofiane Ammar is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with a strong focus on technology, social impact, and education. As the founder of Chams-NGO since September 2019, Sofiane has developed coding schools within refugee camps to provide employment solutions for refugees. In addition, as a co-founder of 42 Amman, a computer science program supported by prominent Jordanian and French institutions, Sofiane aims to educate the next generation of coders in Jordan. Sofiane also serves on the boards of Clean Planet Energy and Hubcycle, both leaders in sustainability initiatives. With extensive experience in investment and startup coaching through affiliations with Daphni, Partech, Sophia Business Angels, and TheFamily, Sofiane contributes to the growth of innovative businesses. Previous leadership roles include Managing Director at Thecamp Accelerator and Cloud & Big Data Service Director at Valtech. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering & Management from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and a Bachelor of Technology in the same field from Institut Supérieur de Gestion de Tunis.
