Lisa Gerdeman-Kern, MBA, CUA, is an accomplished professional with a robust background in product strategy, insights, and data analytics. Currently serving as Senior Manager in Treasury at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland since May 2022, Lisa has held various leadership roles including Manager of Product Delivery Insights and a secondment assignment in the Office of the Chief Data Officer at the Bureau of the Fiscal Service. Prior experience includes positions as VP at KeyBank, where responsibilities encompassed Senior Product Management and Client Insights Management, as well as significant roles at Ascena Retail Group and MaritzCX in digital optimization and customer experience research. Lisa's career began at Huntington National Bank, focusing on data analytics in various capacities, followed by a tenure at Sky Financial Group. Academically, Lisa holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from The University of Findlay and a BBA in Marketing Research from The University of Toledo.
