Rusty Kuse

Rusty Kuse has extensive experience in facilities management and real estate, currently serving as Senior Manager for the Real Estate Service Group at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland since July 2018, following a role as Operations Manager in the same group. Prior experience includes positions such as Business Manager for Parma City School District, overseeing operations for Ohio's 13th largest school district, and Supervisor of Buildings & Grounds for Berea City School District. Rusty managed significant budget reductions and operational improvements as Director of Buildings & Grounds at Cloverleaf Local School District, and previously held a Building Maintenance Superintendent role at Kent State University. Furthermore, Rusty was a Realtor with Adam August Realty and owned Peramax Properties Inc., a property management company catering to small investors. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Ashland University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Malone University.
