Heather-Leigh Flemming has extensive experience in various roles and industries. Prior to Teeki, Heather-Leigh was the Director of Operations at Sierra Club Green Home, where they managed e-commerce, advertising, customer care, accounting, and newsroom efforts. Heather-Leigh also played a key role in building an online business directory.

Earlier in their career, Heather-Leigh worked as a Program Manager at Sustainable Innovation Group, contributing to program development, corporate sales, and strategic partnerships. Heather-Leigh also acted as an account manager for a major corporate client.

Overall, Heather-Leigh Flemming has demonstrated expertise in partnership development, operational management, digital marketing, and thought leadership, with a strong focus on diversity and sustainability.

Heather-Leigh Flemming obtained a Master's Degree in Social Entrepreneurship from USC Marshall School of Business, where they attended from 2015 to 2017.
