Chloe Pamphilon Assoc CIPD has extensive experience in human resources and operational management, currently serving as a Senior Associate: Change and Community Manager - Advanced Analytics at the Financial Conduct Authority since April 2022. Prior to this role, Chloe worked as an HR Associate at the Payment Systems Regulator from June 2018 to April 2022 and held the position of Group HR Manager at Borro from April 2013 to September 2017, a company specializing in secured lending to high-net-worth clients.
