Ed Kalynchuk has over two decades of experience in information technology and has held various leadership positions. Ed started their career as an IT Consultant at IRIS Network Consulting in 1999. Ed then worked at CSA International as an IT Manager for the Western Region, where they oversaw IT operations and managed vendor relations. In 2005, they joined Field Law as a Systems Manager/Director and implemented a centralized datacenter. In 2012, they became the Director of Information Technology for AGS Flexitallic Inc., where they managed the Canadian operations and supported the business objectives of the Flexitallic Group. Currently, they are the Global Vice President of Information Technology at Flexitallic, responsible for directing the IT department on a global scale.
Ed Kalynchuk attended NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained a degree in Petroleum Engineering Technologies. Ed then continued their education at Network Learning Masters from 1996 to 1999, earning a degree in MCSE and CNA in IT Systems. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in ITIL® 4 Foundation, Cybersecurity for Executives, Finance for Non-Financial Managers, and Planning an AWS Solution from LinkedIn. Ed also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from Productivity Alberta.
