John Watson has extensive work experience in various roles related to HR and talent management. John started their career in the United States Navy, where they served as a Petty Officer Third Class. John then worked as an Account Rep at TEKsystems before joining Halliburton, where they held the positions of Senior Staffing Specialist and Global Staffing Manager. At KBR, a Halliburton Company, they served as an HR Supervisor, leading a team of 130 staffing professionals for a major project in Iraq. Watson also worked at Cameron, where they held roles such as Director of Global Talent Acquisition and Director, Workforce Planning, Training & Development for Cameron Valves & Measurement. John later joined OneSubsea, a Schlumberger Company, as the Director of Talent Management, responsible for post-acquisition recruiting, training, and development. Most recently, they worked at Archrock as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Development. Currently, Watson is serving as the Global Head of Human Resources at Flexitallic.
John Watson completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance at the University of Houston from 1994 to 1997. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Creating Inclusive Learning Experiences, Developing a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program, Talent Management, and Global Professional of Human Resources.
