Rick's education includes a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in Project Management from Lean Six Sigma Partners in 2020, a degree from Hogeschool Rotterdam from 2008 to 2012, and a Niveau 4 degree in Commercieel medewerker Bank en Verzekeren from Albeda College from 2002 to 2008.
