Penina Tinae, CRS, has over a decade of experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as the Senior Recruiting Manager at The Geneva Foundation since January 2013, where the focus is on leading full-cycle recruitment and collaborating with hiring managers. Previous roles include positions as Recruiting Manager, Recruiting Administrator, Recruiting Specialist, and Human Resources Recruiting Assistant within the same organization. Before joining The Geneva Foundation, Penina Tinae worked at BAE Systems as a Travel Counselor, earning the Employee of the Quarter Award for exceptional service to military members.
