Matt Rueckert

Matt Rueckert has a significant amount of work experience, starting with their role as a Project Manager and Survey Specialist at RTI International from 1994 to 1997. Matt then joined Macro International Inc. as a Senior Business Operations Manager, overseeing various financial functions and managing a substantial amount of revenue until 2008. From 2008 to 2010, Matt worked as a Senior Program Control Manager at DXC Technology. Following that, they joined Urban Strategies as the EVP/CFO, where they played a key role in managing the company's overall direction and financial responsibilities until October 2021. Currently, Matt is the Chief Operating Officer at The Geneva Foundation, responsible for the daily operations and successful execution of the organization's strategy.

Matt Rueckert has a strong educational background with a focus on business, social research, and sociology. Matt attended West Virginia University from 1999 to 2001 and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in the Executive Program with a specialization in Financial Management. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1995, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Applied Social Research with a specialization in Data Analysis from the same university. Matt Rueckert also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology, which they obtained from Mount St. Mary's University from 1990 to 1992.
