Lucy Waverman

Lucy Waverman is a seasoned food columnist currently writing for The Globe and Mail since September 1995. With a robust background in food journalism, Waverman served as Food Editor for both Food & Drink Magazine and LCBO from June 1992 to May 2019, where responsibilities included writing stories, overseeing food articles, and collaborating with new writers. Additional experience includes a role as Guest Food Expert at CityLine from 1990 to 2006 and a food columnist position at Toronto Sun from 1988 to 1995. Waverman also directed The Cooking School from 1975 to 1995. Educational qualifications comprise an Advanced Certificate in Cookery from Le Cordon Bleu and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Ryerson University.
