Charlene Ridgeway is a seasoned legal and claims management professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry. currently serving as Senior Vice President of Claim Solutions and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at The Hartford since 2003, Charlene has held various leadership roles including Head of the Liability Major Case Unit and Head of General Liability Field Claims Operation. Prior to The Hartford, Charlene worked at Travelers as In-House Counsel, focusing on environmental coverage litigation and asbestos claims.
