Laura Lirio

Laura Lirio is an experienced Director of User Experience at The Hartford, with a career spanning several roles focused on user experience design and strategy since November 2015. Lirio has supported multiple lines of business and led complex digital experiences within a highly matrixed organization. Prior positions include Assistant Director of User Experience and Senior User Experience Designer at The Hartford, where responsibilities encompassed developing user experience strategies, managing design operations, and mentoring junior designers. Additional experience includes a Senior Designer role at SmartSource and positions in web design and merchandise planning at various companies. Lirio holds a Master's degree in Interactive Communications from Quinnipiac University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Bryant University.
