Hardeep Aiden has a diverse work experience in research and policy roles. In 2011, they served as a Research and Policy Intern at CLIC Sargent. Hardeep then joined Scope in 2012, where they worked as a Research and Evidence Intern before being promoted to a Research Officer and later a Research Manager. In 2015, Hardeep worked as a Senior Researcher at the British Red Cross. Hardeep then moved on to the Equality and Human Rights Commission in 2017, where they held the position of Senior Research Associate until 2019. Hardeep's most recent role is as a Research Manager at The Health Foundation, which they started in April 2019.
