Katrina Jurgill Briddell

Katrina Jurgill Briddell serves as the Head of Corporate Philanthropy and Social Impact at The Hershey Company since April 2016, where responsibilities include setting and executing the global enterprise philanthropy strategy and overseeing various impact programs. Prior to this role, Briddell worked at Arabella Advisors from May 2012 to April 2016 as a Senior Director for Managed Organizations, aiding philanthropists in launching charitable projects. Previous positions include Director and Associate Director at Arabella Advisors, Senior Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at the American Humane Association, and Senior Associate at The Pew Charitable Trusts, among others. Briddell holds a Master of Theological Studies from Emory University and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Religion from Dickinson College.
