Debra Ladner Fink

Debra Ladner Fink serves as the Managing Director, Entertainment at The Hollywood Reporter since April 2011, leading initiatives in the entertainment sector. Fink held the position of Executive Director for Independent Film and Talent at the South East European Film Festival from January 2015 to 2018, contributing to the promotion of cultural diversity through film. Additionally, Fink was a Committee Member of BritWeek from October 2009 to 2018, aiding in the celebration of British contributions to various creative industries. Prior experience includes serving as Business Development Manager at BAFTA for a brief period in 2011 and as Executive Vice President at Screen International from January 2001 to October 2010.
