Jamie Landers has extensive experience at The Home Depot, beginning with a role as Head Cashier and Sales Associate from January 2002 to August 2007, before progressing through various senior management positions. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Workforce Operations - Scheduling Strategy since February 2011, Jamie has developed strategic initiatives focused on enhancing the associate experience, improving scheduling processes, and fostering continuous improvement through feedback mechanisms. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Hourly Staffing Strategy, where Jamie established new hourly staffing processes across over 200 locations, and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Marketing, overseeing paid media strategies to boost application rates. Jamie's diverse background also encompasses expertise in instructional design, content editing, and video production, reinforced by a Bachelor’s degree in English from Kennesaw State University.
