Randy Lack is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in revenue generation and sales management within the technology and security sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer at The Indoor Lab since May 2025, Randy previously held several leadership roles at Dell Technologies, including General Manager for Global Industries focusing on Computer Vision and the Public Sector. Randy's background includes positions as Regional Sales Manager at Quantum and Avigilon, where responsibilities involved collaborating with value-added resellers and integrators to enhance security solutions and operational efficiency. Prior to that, Randy was the Western Regional Business Manager at Kastle Systems, specializing in access control and integrated video systems. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from Cal State Fullerton, obtained in 1989.
