John has also reported for The Irish Times and has a history of covering various sports, including tennis, soccer, rugby, and squash across different media outlets, including BBC Radio Ulster and Setanta Sports. With a solid educational background in journalism and communications from Griffith College Dublin and a degree in History and Politics from University College Dublin, John has managed media and promotions for the Irish Tennis Open and has contributed significantly to the sports journalism landscape in Ireland.
