Daria Caravette is a seasoned fundraising and development professional currently serving as the Institutional Giving Manager at The Joffrey Ballet since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles at the Rebecca Bender Initiative, where Daria functioned as Development Associate & Grants Writer as well as Interim Development Associate, focusing on donor stewardship and tracking. Daria's background also encompasses administrative support and hospitality roles, including an Administrative Assistant position at Joffrey Ballet School and a Development & Hospitality Intern role at Rebecca Bender Initiative & Elevate Academy. Earlier experiences include positions in account management and teaching, along with serving as a Resident Assistant and Student Council Senior Class Representative at Olivet Nazarene University. Daria holds an MBA in Strategic Leadership and a BS in Family and Consumer Sciences/Corporate Communication from Olivet Nazarene University.
