Marisela Rylander

Marisela Rylander, PHR, currently serves as Vice President of Global People at The Knot Worldwide since July 2023. Previously, Marisela held roles at Eventbrite as Global Head of HR PMO and HRBP from August 2021 to July 2023, and at VMware as Sr. Director HR Business Partner Leader in early 2021. Marisela's extensive experience also includes leadership positions at Expedia Group, where responsibilities spanned multiple divisions, including Consumer Marketing and Vrbo. Earlier roles were held at HomeAway.com, Dell, Time Warner Cable, SITEL, and Scientific Placement, covering areas such as HR business partnership, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Marisela earned a degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
