Sofia Martins

Sofia Martins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and HR systems management, currently serving as Senior Manager at The Knot Worldwide since January 2021. With a strong background in enterprise system selection, implementation, and optimization, Sofia significantly enhances operations across over 15 countries. Previous roles include Senior Manager and Financial Systems Manager at NetSuite, where Sofia specialized in guiding businesses in Portugal and Spain on ERP solutions, as well as a consultant for Infor where Sofia contributed to the implementation of LN ERP in the automotive sector. Earlier experiences include optimizing supply chains at Colep Consumer Products and an internship focused on lean philosophy at Continental - ITA. Sofia holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and completed an Erasmus programme at Technische Universität Berlin.
