Raphaële Four serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at The Kooples since March 2021, contributing to brand strategy, identity, and positioning while managing a team of over 30. Key achievements include overseeing The Kooples' 15-year anniversary global rollout, implementing Pierre Kaczmarek's new artistic direction, and launching the Amelia bag with Amelia Gray as the face. Prior to this role, Raphaële co-founded Ousía, a premium skincare brand, and founded Girls In Paris, a lingerie/swim brand that was successfully exited to Wolf Lingerie, as well as Bodyandco.com, a multibrand e-commerce platform. Raphaële's early career includes a position as a product manager assistant at Yves Saint Laurent and an internship at Michel & Augustin. Educational qualifications include a Fullstack developer degree from Le Wagon and postgraduate studies in Fashion & Design Management from Institut Français de la Mode, among others.
