As Vice President of Human Resources, Richard oversees all aspects of the employee experience for the more than 1000 employees at The Lee Company. He also provides executive oversight for strategic staffing plans, compensation and benefits, training, and workforce development With a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations from LeMoyne College, Richard has worked within The Lee Company's HR department since 1984. Richard started with The Lee Company when there were approximately 275 employees and has been part of helping it grow to where it is today. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the Employers Association of the North East (EANE).
