Pavel Fait

Pavel Fait is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability, strategic sourcing, and production planning. Currently serving as the Sustainability Manager at the LEGO Group since September 2007, Pavel has successfully led various initiatives in sustainable operations, vendor selection, and compliance, while also driving continuous improvement within the department. Previous roles include Strategic Sourcing Specialist for Facility Management and Professional Services, where Pavel implemented internal systems and managed supplier bases effectively. Prior to joining the LEGO Group, Pavel held production management positions at ARCO TECHNIK and Linet spol. s r.o., demonstrating strong capabilities in production planning and logistic processes. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences, Pavel is committed to fostering sustainable practices in the workplace.
