Rasmus Hald

Rasmus Hald currently serves as the Head of Cloud & Developer Experience at the LEGO Group, leading the Cloud Foundation and Developer Experience teams to support a Cloud-First and API-driven business landscape. Previously, Rasmus held several leadership roles at A.P. Moller - Maersk, including Head of Cloud Center of Excellence and Head of Cloud Architecture, where the focus was on innovation and digital transformation through cloud technologies. Earlier experience at Microsoft involved roles such as Principal Technical Evangelist, promoting cloud and DevOps across Europe, and as a Senior Technology Specialist with an emphasis on Unified Communications. Rasmus began a career in IT as a Systems Engineer and progressed to roles including IT Project Manager at ABB. Rasmus holds advanced leadership credentials from IMD, including the IMD Catalyst and the Inspirational Leadership Program.
