Troy Taylor

Troy Taylor is an accomplished executive with extensive experience at the LEGO Group, currently serving as Vice President & General Manager for Australia & New Zealand since September 2002. Taylor's notable leadership roles include General Manager for Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan, where significant brand growth was achieved, as well as managing Singapore & Malaysia’s business unit to restore sustainable growth. Previous positions encompass Head of Marketing for Australia & New Zealand and establishing the Head of Sales role, focusing on strategic market development. Troy has also served on the board of the Australian Toy Association since 2021, advocating for the interests of the toy industry, and has contributed as a guest lecturer at the University of Technology Sydney. Educational credentials include completion of the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors and participation in the Catalyst Executive Development Program at IMD.
