William T. McCoy

William T. McCoy currently serves as a Councilman for the 2nd District of the Municipality of Norristown, where responsibilities include developing long-range strategic plans, establishing tax rates, and approving the capital budget. In addition, William is a member of the Norristown Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated. As a Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports Coach at The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth, William leads efforts to enhance school culture and provide behavioral support within the Norristown Area School District. Previously, William held the role of Executive Program Director for Boys2Men Empowerment Group, focusing on program development and youth skill enhancement. William holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Peace & Social Justice from Ursinus College and a Master of Public Administration from Villanova University.
