Sam Armani

Sam Armani is an experienced professional in the fields of automation and edge computing, currently serving on the Technical & Student Committee of the International Society of Automation since February 2025 and as a member of the Governing Board for LF Edge since February 2022. With a tenure at mimik Technology Inc. since September 2010, Sam has held several key roles including Senior Vice President of Business Development, where efforts are focused on advancing Hybrid Edge Cloud computing. Prior roles include Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Product and Operations at mimik, as well as Director of Board Member at VPREVENT Health Management, and Sales Engineer at Mobidia Inc. and Sage. Sam's educational background includes a degree from The University of British Columbia.
