Tiago Pinto

Tiago Pinto is a seasoned professional in global operations and business management, currently serving as Head of Global Operations at THE LIST, a luxury e-commerce platform, since June 2024, overseeing all B2C and B2B operations including logistics, customer service, and fraud management. Previously, Tiago held several key positions at FARFETCH from January 2016 to June 2024, culminating in the role of Head of Business Operations, where responsibilities included developing an Ops Platform SaaS, redesigning B2B support models, and implementing cost optimization initiatives. Earlier experience at SONAE involved managing supply chain operations and customer success for wholesale clients. Tiago holds a Master's degree in Business Management and Corporate Finance, along with a Licentiate degree in Business Administration and Management, both from Universidade de Aveiro.
