Michael Dermer has a strong background in the healthcare industry, particularly in the field of incentive programs. Michael founded and served as the CEO of IncentOne from 1998 to 2013, where they gained extensive experience in designing and executing health incentive programs. In 2013, IncentOne was acquired by Welltok, and Michael became the Chief Incentive Officer, responsible for helping healthcare organizations optimize their incentive programs. In 2014, they founded The Dermer Group, providing consulting services in the areas of rewards/incentives and go-to-market approaches. Since 2016, Michael has been the Founder and CEO of The Lonely Entrepreneur, a company focused on helping entrepreneurs overcome challenges.

Michael Dermer obtained their B.A. degree in Finance from Bucknell University, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Michael then pursued higher education at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where they obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law between the years 1990 and 1993.
