Senior SEO Associate

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior SEO Associate / SEO Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing SEO strategies that drive organic growth for our clients. You’ll work closely with clients, content creators, developers, and our internal SEO team to ensure excellence in all SEO deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to meet client goals
• Perform keyword research, technical audits, and competitor analysis
• Optimize website architecture, on-page elements, content, and backlinks
• Manage Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
• Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance, KPIs, and ROI
• Coordinate with content teams to guide SEO content strategy
• Stay updated on algorithm changes, SEO trends, and best practices
• Manage client communication and present reports with insights and recommendations

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred)
• Deep knowledge of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO
• Proficiency in tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience managing multiple client accounts is a plus
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress

Nice to Have

• Experience with Local SEO and GMB optimization
• Familiarity with schema markup and structured data
• Team leadership or mentoring experience (for SEO Manager applicants)
