Al Green is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in youth engagement and mental health promotion. Currently serving as Chief Experience Officer and GM of People & Culture at The Man Cave since March 2018, Al plays a pivotal role in a charity dedicated to fostering healthier masculinities among young men, parents, and educators, having reached over 60,000 participants since its inception. Previously, Al facilitated workshops at The Reach Foundation from January 2010 to December 2017, impacting around 20,000 young people by focusing on self-confidence and leadership skills. Additionally, Al co-founded Fortnightly Fort Night, a community initiative that promotes creativity. Education was completed at Trinity Grammar School from 1998 to 2008.
