Rick was named Vice President of Human Resources in January, 2023. Most recently, Rick served as the Interim leader in Human Resources and prior to that as Corporate Controller for the past seven years. Rick has been a part of Methodist Hospitals for nearly eighteen years and has an excellent understanding of the organization. Rick holds a Master of Business Administration and Master of Science – Health Services Administration from Nova Southeastern University, Bachelor of Science – Business Administration from Indiana University, an Associates in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University. Rick is a Fellow with Healthcare Financial Management Association, Certified in Healthcare Compliance, and has over thirty years of experience in healthcare.
