Megan Hammond Nechols has a diverse work experience that spans several organizations and roles. Megan started their career in 2007 at Wooster City Schools as an SGI - Title 1 Math Coach, where they were responsible for developing and executing personalized lesson plans, creating Individualized Education Plans, monitoring student progress, and collecting data. Megan then worked at Boys' Village as an Intervention Specialist from 2013 to 2017. Megan joined MetroHealth in 2017 as a Research Assistant, and later became the Coordinator of Clinical Research in 2018. Currently, Megan is serving as a Project Lead Specialist - Research at The MetroHealth System in Cleveland, OH.
Megan Hammond Nechols earned a Bachelor's degree in Middle Childhood Education from Ashland University in 2006. Megan then pursued a Master's degree in Intervention Specialist Mild/Moderate from the same institution, completing it in 2010. Later, from 2014 to 2018, they attended Walden University, specializing in Mental Health Counseling with a focus on Career Counseling.
