Lead Systems Analyst at The Metropolitan Museum of Art

Michael Johnson has over 20 years of work experience. Michael started their career in 1997 as a Network Technician at Hillcrest Healthcare System, where they were responsible for managing a Windows NT domain and maintaining internal wiring closets and WAN locations. In 2001, they joined The Metropolitan Museum of Art as a Lead Systems Analyst, where they currently hold the role. In this position, Michael performs functional and technical analysis, as well as configuration work within an enterprise-wide Tessitura\Artifax environment and MS SQL server platform. Michael also supports the Museum's Tessitura\Artifax infrastructure and maintains external components that communicate with the databases.

Michael Johnson attended McLennan Community College and graduated with an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree. Their field of study was System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management/Manager.
