Danna Grunberg

Danna Grunberg is a seasoned professional with a robust background in program and change management, currently serving as Co-Founder of The Modern Miracle Foundation since January 2022. Previously, Danna held the position of Senior Program & Change Management Consultant at avantage from June 2022 to August 2024. Danna's extensive experience includes a significant tenure at CIBC from March 2015 to February 2023, where Danna advanced to the role of Director, Strategic Projects & Programs after starting as a Senior Project Manager. Earlier in Danna's career, valuable experience was gained at Aon Hewitt from September 2007 to August 2016, transitioning through several roles including Reporting Project Manager and Compensation and Reporting Analyst. Danna earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Huron University between 2003 and 2007, following education at Richmond Hill High School from 1999 to 2003.
