As Regional Vice President of Construction, David is responsible for the day to day construction operations of all new development projects across the Southeast. Since joining MORGAN in 2018, David held executive roles with some of South Florida ‘s largest General Contractors.
Prior to joining MORGAN, David responsibilities included P&L for over $1 Billion in large construction projects throughout the Southeast United States, including 2,000 multifamily units, 5,000,000 sf of retail space, 3,500,000 sf of hi rise residential mixed use and over 100,000 sf of medical.
David attended Texas A&M University where he earned his BS in Construction Science. David holds his General Contractor's License in Florida.
