Specializing in lease-up, property repositioning and brand management; his base of knowledge includes market analysis, due diligence, new construction feasibility, marketing strategy and maximizing operational performance. Joe joined Morgan in October 2018. In addition to property management experience with Greystar Real Estate Partners and Riverstone Residential Group, his expertise includes positions within the marketing consulting and advertising sector of the multi-family industry.
