Matt has been recruiting for over 18 years and loves every minute of it. To be able to make a living helping people improve their lives while also contributing to advancing medical therapy is what brings him in every morning. Matt works with some of the brightest minds around the world and maintains relationships for decades. He focuses on worldwide commercial projects, specifically marketing, sales and business development (M&A). He works from the C-suite down to individual contributors in large multinational companies and five folks in a garage. Our group is well versed in any form of medical device, diagnostic and digital technology.
In addition to searches, Matt also developed a program called The Family Business. It is an in depth conversation with a successful executive discussing how their career and family decisions are intertwined. The goal is to bring these stories to light and share experiences.
