Ru Shah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and partnership development within the gaming and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Producer and Project Manager at The Multiplayer Group since May 2022, Ru assists game studios and Metaverse companies in creating impactful experiences. Prior to this role, Ru held significant positions at Improbable, enhancing multiplayer game development and fostering relationships with gaming studios. A robust freelance background includes expertise in AR/VR event management with Facebook Technologies and a successful track record in event coordination and experiential marketing for brands like Nintendo. Educational achievements include a BSc with Honours in Forensic Investigations from Coventry University, complemented by qualifications in personal training and A-levels in Mathematics and Drama.

They had the lightbulb moment that building a company solely on multiplayer wasn’t as ridiculous an idea as they’d first assumed. Thy allowing us to supercharge their ambitions whilst still remainingtechnology agnostic and laser. They provide multi-disciplinary teams of producers, artists, designers, QA and engineers, who will take full responsibility for content delivery, and deliver complete game projects from start to finish.
