Jim Breen has extensive experience in finance and business development. Jim is currently working as a Managing Director at The Peakstone Group. Jim first joined the company in 2014 and continues in this role. Prior to that, they worked at Breen Advisors as a Principal from 2005 to 2013. Before that, they were the CEO of Winterlink from 2002 to 2004. Jim also played a significant role in co-founding and serving as the VP of Corporate Development at Allied Riser Communications from 1997 to 2001. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Equity Group Investments as the Vice President of the Finance Group, Barclays Bank as a Senior Associate, and FODCO Partners as a Market Maker.
Jim Breen completed their undergraduate education at Michigan State University from 1980 to 1984, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Finance. Jim later pursued further education at Loyola University Chicago, where they obtained an MBA in Finance & International Business from 1989 to 1990.
