Jennifer DeLeon-Dukes MSP is a seasoned clinical case manager currently employed at The People Concern since March 2019. With a diverse consulting background since 2002, Jennifer specializes in program design and development, focusing on public relations, crisis management, fund development, diversity and inclusion programs, and cultural competency. Previous roles include clinical counselor intern at HOW House, project director for systems navigation services at HUB CITIES, and lead in-home outreach counselor at Project Impact. Jennifer holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology from Saybrook University, alongside degrees in counseling psychology, psychology, human services, and liberal arts from various institutions.
