Currently serving as the Director of Operations at The People Platform since May 2021, James previously held the position of Manager, Client Success at USA TODAY NETWORK | LOCALiQ, where responsibilities included managing a team of Customer Success Managers and overseeing digital marketing strategies for clients. James has also worked as Social Content Manager at ThriveHive, leading social advertising initiatives and coordinating training programs. Earlier in the career, James held roles at Propel Marketing focusing on client services and at WFXT-TV FOX 25 Boston and WHDH-TV in news writing and production. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, with a focus on Broadcast Journalism from Boston University.
