Erica Mariane

Erica Mariane is an experienced professional with a strong background in production management and business analysis, currently serving as a Production Superintendent and Silver Processing Manager at Gold Corporation - The Perth Mint since April 2022. Prior to this, Erica held various roles at Brownes Dairy from February 2020 to March 2022, including Business Analyst, Optimisation Coordinator, and temporary positions in Demand Planning and S&OP Management. Earlier experience includes roles at Mars from September 2015 to January 2020, where Erica developed and implemented new food products, and a brief internship as a Process/Chemical Engineer at Halliburton. Erica holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Curtin University and a Certificate IV in Programming from TAFE NSW.
