Peter Kotsifas

Peter Kotsifas is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at The Phia Group, LLC since April 2021, Peter previously held senior finance positions at OSF Digital and Mondo, where responsibilities included overseeing financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making. Earlier in Peter's career, as Vice President of Finance at Beacon Partners, expertise was demonstrated in financial planning and systems optimization, particularly with NetSuite and OpenAir. Peter's foundational experience includes roles as Assistant Controller and Senior Staff Accountant, which provided a strong basis in financial operations and compliance. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
