Aaron Hiller

Aaron Hiller currently serves as General Counsel and Vice President of Risk Management at Pike Construction Services since February 2024. Prior to this role, Aaron Hiller worked as a Fire Investigator for Monroe County from 2011 to 2025 and held positions at The Bonadio Group as General Counsel and Secretary from May 2016 to February 2024. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Counsel at EarthLink from 2014 to 2016 and at Xerox from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, Aaron Hiller was a Senior Associate Attorney at Harter Secrest & Emery LLP from 2002 to 2011. Academic qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law (2000-2002) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University at Buffalo (1993-1997).
