Prior to this role, Neil worked as a UK Proptech Recruitment Consultant at LMRE for a brief period in 2022 and contributed to customer success initiatives at Quintain Living from November 2018 to March 2022, holding positions as both Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Associate. Neil's background includes significant experience in recruitment and account management at Dexters Estate Agent Group and Virgin Active, where roles included Talent Acquisition Specialist and Sales Account Manager, respectively. Neil possesses CIPD Level 3 qualifications obtained between 2014 and 2016 and has completed education at Spelthorne College and The Heathland School.
