Yashika Dhankar is a professional with extensive experience in product management and business development. Currently serving as a Product team member at Truemeds India and Product Fellow at The Product Folks, Yashika is also actively involved with leap.club. Previously, Yashika held the position of Product Manager at Wendor - Smart Vending Solutions! and was a founding team member and Head of Business Development at Farmako, responsible for overseeing the development cycle of services from ideation to retention. Earlier roles include Placement Coordinator at the Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research and Political Analyst at Aam Aadmi Party, as well as serving as a Mental Health Counsellor at AIIMS for inmates at Tihar Jail. Yashika holds a Bachelor's in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research from the Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research and has pursued additional education through upGrad, Y Combinator, and GrowthSchool.
