Lydia Parker

Lydia Parker is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at The Public Interest Network since September 2023. Previously, Lydia held positions at King & Spalding, starting as a Summer Associate in 2019 and progressing to Associate from January 2021 until September 2022. Additional experience includes a role as a Summer Clerk at the Institute for Justice in 2018, an intern at the Southern Coalition for Social Justice, and various internships in finance and law, including with Bank of America and the US Bankruptcy Court - Eastern District of NC. Lydia earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Political Science from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
